JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a Remote Role, seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of experience.
We are looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator Contractor to support, configure, and maintain our ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on platform administration, automation, and integration support, working closely with IT and automation teams.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
• Build, manage, and support workflows and automations using Flow Designer.
• Conduct instance upgrades and manage system patches.
• Manage users, roles, updates, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide operational support.
• Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement platform enhancements.

• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer.

• ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro Certification.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Prior contract or consulting experience.
