About the Role
The Company is on the lookout for an accomplished Managing Director in Executive Compensation and Tax Advisory. As a pivotal member of the Tax Services leadership team, you will provide expert advisory services in executive compensation to high-level executives, boards, and senior management. This role demands a profound understanding of executive compensation, business, and industry dynamics, allowing you to craft effective solutions for both private and public firms.
In this role, you will spearhead strategy development and the design and execution of compensation and benefit frameworks. Additionally, you will be instrumental in leading marketing initiatives while nurturing vital client relationships. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, with preference given to those holding an MST/MBT, and have no less than 8 years of pertinent experience. Your expertise in tax, compensation, and benefit consulting is crucial, alongside a solid grasp of tax implications related to executive compensation.
Successful candidates will exhibit exceptional communication skills, a talent for developing people, and a knack for fostering client relationships. The ability to supervise and critique team outputs is essential. Executive presence is a must, as you will serve as the primary client liaison and present sophisticated strategies and recommendations effectively.
