Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $24 - $26 per hour
Hours: Full-time, M-F standard business hours
Start Date: ASAP

You'll work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and sales departments to support customer needs, process orders, and resolve issues efficiently.

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming phone calls and online inquiries from end users, service technicians, and sales professionals in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Supporting a network of independent manufacturer's sales representatives and sales partners by processing quotes and purchase orders with accuracy.
  • Logging call data and information into CRM or ERP systems, such as Salesforce, to maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinating with engineering personnel to obtain necessary product or technical information requested by customers or field technicians.
  • Providing product, pricing, and warranty information to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
  • Manage warranty calls and ensure customer inquiries, including troubleshooting and service incidents, are resolved efficiently.
  • Upholding the company's quality assurance and customer satisfaction programs through timely and effective problem resolution.
  • Supporting initiatives to identify waste and improve processes using Lean tools to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve workflow and eliminate root causes of recurring issues.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall team success.
What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting a sales team within the manufacturing or life sciences industry
  • Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with international orders and shipments is a plus.
  • A high energy level with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is preferred, along with familiarity with contracts and bids.
  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
