Consulting client looking for a Pension Actuary who would also ideally have experience and/or interest in operations management in addition to consulting capabilities. This role would likely be hybrid between pension consulting work and supporting current Manager on day to day operations.

Said person would operate like a right hand person to current DB Operations Manager, helping out with overall project tracking, creation and running of training programs, template development and maintenance, and other "managerial/operations" functions like that. Would expect someone like that to be 50% operations and 50% actual consulting. Targeting 4-5+ years of pension experience. Not a requirement to have operations experience, but certainly a plus. Actuarial credentials ideal, but open to someone nearing credentials or newly credentialed.

Job would ideally be hybrid in their Northeast office location, but remote is also a possibility.
