Job Description:
Step into a critical, hands-on role where you are integral to the patient's plan of care, specifically focusing on acute and complex respiratory issues within a high-acuity medical center. As an Entry-Level Respiratory Care Practitioner on the evening shift, you will be responsible for the comprehensive application of contemporary Respiratory Therapy principles. This is a highly collaborative position where you will partner directly with Physicians and Registered Nurses to plan, implement, and evaluate personalized patient care strategies. Your day-to-day will involve high-acuity interventions, requiring you to utilize a broad understanding of respiratory science and demonstrate immediate responsiveness to patient needs in diverse units, including the NICU, ER, and specialized step-down areas. You will complete a mandatory department and unit-specific orientation to ensure a smooth transition and rapid professional growth.
