Accounting Data Entry Specialists
Our client located close to downtown Dallas, TX is seeking three reliable Accounting Data Entry Specialists to assist with entering financial records into SAP Business One. This is a short-term 2-3 month, on-site contract role supporting an accounting team with data entry and system updates.

Accounting Data Entry Specialists Role:
Enter invoices and purchase orders into SAP Business One
Transfer financial information from QuickBooks into SAP
Review documents and ensure accurate data entry
Upload and organize files related to accounting records
Maintain strong attention to detail when entering data

Accounting Data Entry Specialists Background Profile:
Basic understanding of invoices and purchase orders
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable moving data from one system to another
Experience with SAP Business One preferred
Familiarity with QuickBooks is helpful
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work on-site in Dallas
