TravelNurseSource is working with Thrive Staffing to find a qualified Dialysis RN in Spokane, Washington, 99204!

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Dialysis

City/State: Spokane, Washington

Shift: 10 Hour Days, 07:00:00-17:00:00

Contract Length: 4 weeks

Start Date: 04/20/2026

Job Description:

Provide care for patients suffering from acute kidney injury (AKI), end-stage renal disease (ESRD), fluid overload, electrolyte imbalance, sepsis, post-operative conditions, and critically ill ICU patients requiring intermittent dialysis.

Responsibilities:

• Operate hemodialysis treatments independently and manage dialysis catheters.
• Access AV fistulas and grafts and conduct fluid removal and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Manage anticoagulation and troubleshoot dialysis alarms; experience with TABLO dialysis machines preferred.
• Float to inpatient units as Helping-Hands if dialysis volume is low; participate in shared call as needed.

Requirements:

• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years acute inpatient experience preferred; first-time traveler accepted only with 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency with EMR system Epic.
