Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a fantastic dining experience by welcoming guests, serving meals, and handling cash register transactions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the establishment.
• Follow operational standards and safety protocols to ensure fresh and high-quality food service.
• Adapt to various roles in a fast-paced kitchen environment, including front counter, drive-through, and kitchen duties.
• Work cooperatively with team members to achieve daily goals in a fun and encouraging atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, helpful demeanor with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in operations is a plus.
• Some high school education is preferred.
• Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations, to be obtained at your expense.

Physical Requirements:

Employees in this role may encounter heat from food equipment and may need to stand for extended periods. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-noise environment.
