Respiratory Care Practitioner
Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner for a full-time opportunity with a well-established regional healthcare system in Spokane, Washington. This position offers variable shifts and the opportunity to work within a collaborative respiratory therapy team supporting acute patient care.
This role involves delivering respiratory therapy services, assisting physicians with respiratory care procedures, and working closely with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams to implement effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to develop and implement respiratory care plans
• Operate and maintain respiratory equipment including ventilators, monitoring systems, and resuscitation devices
• Perform respiratory assessments, diagnostic procedures, and oxygen therapy
• Participate in patient monitoring and therapeutic interventions related to pulmonary care
• Follow department orientation guidelines and unit-specific training requirements
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative hospital environment

Required Qualifications

• Education that meets certification or licensing requirements for respiratory therapy practice
• Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License (required upon hire)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required upon hire)
