Summary:

This contract position involves overseeing loss mitigation processes and ensuring compliance across various loan programs.
You will utilize general technology platforms to manage inquiries and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and oversee loss mitigation requests ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines.
Manage and prioritize loss mitigation queues to meet regulatory and internal timelines.
Conduct quality control reviews and provide feedback to ensure underwriting accuracy.
Communicate underwriting decisions and manage inquiries through generic technology platforms.
Compile and analyze monthly and ad hoc reporting, ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in loss mitigation with VA, USDA, and FHA loans, including 2 years with FNMA.
2-5 years of experience in mortgage servicing, banking, or financial services, with 3-5 years in customer service.
Strong understanding of the delinquency lifecycle and investor loss mitigation requirements.
Proficiency in generic technology platforms and government servicing systems.
Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
