Five Below - 13806 East Indiana Avenue - Responsibilities: Responsible for performing General Manager duties in their absence.; Leads the freight team and all store associates while the Manager on Duty.; Analyzes TruRating scores in partnership with General Manager and Front-End Manager to identify opportunities to improve customer engagement.; Identifies shrink opportunities and develops plan of action to reduce shrink and own the ACO.; Responsible for opening and closing store procedures and acts as the manager on duty in their assigned store.
