The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, guiding them from onboarding through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. By leveraging a consultative approach, you will help clients achieve maximum value from their platform while monitoring adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics. This position requires collaboration across sales, product, and support teams, ensuring seamless account management and fostering long-term customer relationships. Accountabilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts.

Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing sales roles, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.

  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives.
