Avenue5 Residential - - Responsibilities: Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, HVAC and grounds; Perform general carpentry (wallboard, cabinets, tile, door/lock and window/glass repair); Perform preventative maintenance (painting, lighting, sprinklers, pool, elevator, etc.); Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to company standards; Inspect property grounds/buildings and assist with property emergencies (snow removal, floods, fires)
