Sr. Partner Success Manager:
On behalf of our cybersecurity client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Partner Success Manager for a contract role.

Sr. Partner Success Manager - Job Description:
The Sr. Partner Success Manager will support operational excellence across the partner ecosystem for Cybersecurity. This role is focused on ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for partners through structured workflows and process improvements. The candidate will manage partner onboarding, data accuracy, and lifecycle processes while delivering high-quality service.

Sr. Partner Success Manager - Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full partner onboarding workflow, ensuring timely completion of agreements, documentation, system setup, and internal approvals.
• Maintain partner account accuracy within Salesforce, including address updates, name changes, mergers/acquisitions, entity restructuring, tax/ID updates, and contact management.
• Track partner program requirements and update partner tier/status in systems as criteria are met.
• Troubleshoot partner challenges related to account access, profile setup, deal registration submissions, and general program navigation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner escalations.
• Create and maintain standard operation procedures for partner onboarding, data updates, and lifecycle processes.

Sr. Partner Success Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.
• 8+ years in partner operations, partner success, customer service, sales operations, or a similar operational role.
• Clear communicator with a partner-centric mindset.
• Background in data quality, process documentation, or operational project management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Must be extremely well-organized.
• Experience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.

Sr. Partner Success Manager - Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in cybersecurity industry.
• Familiarity with global channel marketing.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and set own priorities.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies.

Sr. Partner Success Manager - Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract to start
