Job Title: Long-Distance Truck Driver – Earn $1,500-$2,200/Week – 3,000+ Miles/Week

Overview:
We are on the lookout for dedicated long-distance truck drivers who prioritize professional standards and safety while maximizing their earnings. You will embark on various routes that generally require 1-3 weeks on the road, with the option to bring your truck home during your time off. Additionally, if you have skills in freight dispatching or driver recruiting, there may be opportunities for extra income while you are on the road.

Compensation:

• $1,500-$2,200 per week, depending on mileage and account

• Sign-On Bonus - a one-time bonus for joining our team (details shared upon application)

• Performance Bonuses - additional pay opportunities based on safe driving and fulfilling delivery milestones

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a commercial truck over long distances while adhering to DOT regulations

• Fulfill deliveries efficiently and punctually

• Maintain direct communication with your assigned freight dispatcher

• Submit all necessary documents (driver's license, medical card, application) via the system

• Evaluate loads before acceptance – no forced dispatch

• Opportunity for additional income for drivers with dispatching or recruiting experience

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of long-distance (OTR) truck driving experience

• Fewer than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years

• No participation in SAP programs, DUIs, drug failures, or RECs

• Experience in freight dispatching or driver recruiting is an asset

• Exemplary communication skills, professionalism, and dependability

• Ability to adhere to instructions, meet deadlines, and ensure compliance
