Position : Customer Success / Delivery Manager
Location: Seattle, WA (Day 1 Onsite)
Duration : Full Time
Responsibilities
• Primary point of contact for the Customer for all projects
• Help Customers implement services and plan projects effectively
• Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
• Escalation Management
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Work with sales teams to generate new business
Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as an Onsite Program Manager, min 3-4 years of experience
• Experience in technology around Java and Cloud, min 5-8 years of experience
• Delivery management experience, min 5+ years of experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Sharp business acumen
• Problem-solving aptitude
