Job Summary:
The client is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to revolutionize how brands thrive through digital experiences. In this role, you will be pivotal in leading post-sales customer engagements, fostering adoption, and maximizing the value of our digital marketing solutions. Join our team to drive personalization at scale, ensuring customer goals are met with measurable success and innovation in the Digital Experience Cloud domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, developing success plans and facilitating strategic account planning.
  • Drive adoption of Adobe Experience Cloud products by using data insights to guide customers from baseline to advanced digital maturity.
  • Maintain proactive communication, orchestrate internal resources, and align customer engagement to business goals.
  • Champion customer-led innovation within Adobe, sharing strategic use-cases and industry thought leadership.
  • Identify customer risks, crafting and executing plans to address concerns and promote customer satisfaction.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Demonstrated success in Customer Success roles within the tech industry, particularly in SaaS or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively mediating conflict and fostering partnerships.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Experience:
  • Prior experience in digital marketing/digital experiences is crucial for this role, with a strong understanding of data platforms, content management, and customer journey analytics.

This position is based in Chicago, IL, but is open to remote candidates across the US. It offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, customer-focused team committed to innovation and growth in the digital marketing space.
