Job Overview
Our partner Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner healthcare organization to support neonatal and pediatric intensive care units in a float capacity. This role involves working closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality respiratory care to critically ill patients.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in respiratory therapy and the ability to adapt across specialized units, including NICU and PICU settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy treatments and assessments
  • Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Operate and maintain advanced respiratory equipment, including ventilators and monitoring devices
  • Assist with airway management, resuscitation, and oxygen therapy
  • Perform diagnostic procedures related to respiratory function
  • Ensure adherence to departmental protocols and patient safety standards
  • Participate in required orientation and ongoing training programs
Required Qualifications
  • Education meeting requirements for respiratory care licensure
  • Active Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License (upon hire)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in NICU and/or PICU environments
  • Strong familiarity with advanced ventilatory support systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity clinical setting
