If you thrive on organization, accuracy, and checking things off your list, this short-term opportunity is a great way to put your skills to work quickly. We're looking for a dependable File Clerk / Data Entry Specialist to jump into a high-volume project supporting records and data management. This is a fully onsite, two-month assignment ideal for someone who enjoys focused, hands-on work in a structured environment.

What You'll Do

  • Enter large volumes of data with precision and efficiency
  • Sort, file, and maintain both physical and digital records
  • Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Update spreadsheets and internal databases regularly
  • Adhere to established processes to protect data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in data entry, filing, or records management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines
  • Reliable attendance and availability to work fully onsite in Spokane, WA
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
