Full-Time Internship | Engineer

Were looking for passionate and innovative interns to join our Summer 2025 Technology
Internship Program. As an intern at Vega Cloud, you will have the opportunity to work on
cutting-edge cloud cost optimization solutions, contribute to impactful projects, and gain
hands-on experience in cloud computing, software development, and FinOps.
Basic Qualifications
 Currently pursuing a Bachelors or higher degree, with an expectation to graduate by
August 2026 or earlier.
 Must be continuing in the same course of study following completion of the
internship.
Preferred Qualifications
 Bachelors degree or higher in a technical or quantitative discipline, including
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information
Technology, or Mathematics.
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
 Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
 Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
 Programming skills or experience in one or more of the following: Go, Python,
TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, React, Next.js.
 Familiarity with FinOps principles and data analytics is a plus.
What Youll Do
As a Software Engineering Intern, you may work on projects that involve:
 Developing cloud-native applications using modern frameworks and architectures.
 Building and optimizing APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
 Creating intuitive user interfaces and data visualizations for cloud cost insights.
 Working with big data tools and databases to analyze and process cloud billing data.
 Deploying and managing cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
tools.
 Contributing to open-source FinOps initiatives and Vega Clouds internal projects.
