Description:

We are seeking a reliable veterinary receptionist to join an independently owned dental focused general veterinary practice in Spokane Valley. Maintain your life work harmony with a set four day week, you will know when you work and when you have time off months in advance! We we looking for someone with a love of client service to advocate for quality dental care and educate clients on our services. We are looking for team members who adhere to high standards of patient and client care. As the first person our clients encounter one the phone or in person you will help set the tone for their experience.

Because we are a small practice your roll will also include some patient care in the form of checking in clients and their pets for appointments and surgeries. You will help keep clients informed on their pets progress. We will also rely on you to help maintain our website and social media pages.

Veterinary Experience encouraged but not required. Ideally experience in a service industry or other front desk work idea. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt are essential.

We are a small clinic and looking for someone to bring their medical skills. The ideal candidate is open to helping out in other areas of the hospital, such as helping to answer phones or check out clients if someone is out. We are looking for team members who adhere to high standards of patient and client care.

Required:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable Transportation to Spokane Valley
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Attention do detail with billing and record keeping
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Familiarity with Social Media
  • Empathy and understanding toward clients and their animals
