Job Description

The role involves welding composite materials using an iron to steam and bind them together into rolls, referred to as kits. Theiron is mounted on a fixed track attached to the table, and you will move it back and forth. Occasionally, a handheld 2lb iron may be used for touch-ups if welds break. The work is simple, repetitive, and requires standing in place for the majority of the day.

Responsibilities

• Operate fixed track iron to weld composite materials into kits.

• Use handheld iron for touch-ups when necessary.

• Stand at a workstation for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks.

• Maintain attention to detail and quality in all tasks.

• Meet production goals with minimal supervision.

• Learn and assist in different departments as needed.

Essential Skills

• Prior manufacturing experience with repetitive tasks such as assembly or line work.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Attention to detail and strong focus on quality.

• Good vision and ability to see fine details.

• Experience in general labor, production, hand tools, assembly, packaging, and loading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks.

• Good work ethic, positive attitude, and reliable attendance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of POST FALLS, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
