TheDirectorofMarketingleadstheorganizationsmarketingstrategytoelevate
brandvisibility,engagekeyaudiences,anddrivethesuccessofourprograms,
events,andinitiatives.ReportingdirectlytotheHeadofOperations,thisrole
integratesstrategicthinking,compellingstorytelling,creativedesign,and
exceptionalprojectmanagementtoensurethatourmarketingeffortsalignwiththe
organizationsvaluesofambition,action,andconnection.Thisroledemandsa
strategicandcreativethinkerwhothrivesinafast-paced,entrepreneurial
environmentandispassionateaboutsupportingentrepreneursandstartups.

? Co-developandimplementacomprehensivemarketingstrategythataligns

? Managebrandidentitytopositiontheorganizationasaleaderin
entrepreneurialsupport.
? Craftcommunicationscampaignsthatgivevoicetoourbrandandreach
targetaudiences.
? CollaboratewithleadershiptosetmarketinggoalsandKPIsthatsupport
organizationalgrowth.
? Cultivaterelationshipswithmediaoutlets,partners,andstakeholdersto
expandtheorganizationsreach.

2.Design&CreativeOversight
? Ensureallmarketingcollateralmeetshigh-qualitystandardsandalignswith
brandguidelines.
? Developcreativeassets,includingwebsiteupdates,eventbranding,program
materials,andsocialmediacampaigns.
? Workcloselywithgraphicdesigners,photographers,andvideographers
(in-houseorfreelance)toproducecompellingcontent.
? Experimentwithinnovativestorytellingmethodsandemergingmediatrends
tohighlightsuccessstoriesandTheMillspositiveimpacts.
3.ProjectManagement&TeamLeadership
? Planandexecutemarketinginitiatives,ensuringtimelydeliveryandalignment
withorganizationalgoals.
? Overseethemarketingbudget,allocatingresourcesefficientlytomaximize

? Lead,mentor,andgrowasmallmarketingteam,fosteringanenvironmentof
