Controller / Director Of Finance

KSPS PBS is seeking a Controller / Director of Finance to lead the organization's financial management and establish a fully in-house accounting function. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, this position provides both strategic financial leadership and hands-on execution of the organization's daily accounting operations.

This role is a department-of-one leadership position responsible for the full spectrum of nonprofit financial management. The Controller will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, audit preparation, compliance, and financial systems development. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating independently, preparing Board-level financial reports, and also performing transactional accounting work such as accounts payable and reconciliations.

The Controller works closely with the Chief Administrative Officer, General Manager, Development team, Board Finance Committee, external auditors, and banking partners to support financial integrity, transparency, and the long-term sustainability of the organization. This is an in-office position.
