Customer Service/Sales Representatives are key members of our team and represent Mr. Handyman on customer calls and email correspondence. The Mr. Handyman CSR is responsible for handling project requests from residential and commercial customers. The CSR manages Service Technician schedules and communications with them in the field. The CSR is the heart of the business and is integral to helping technicians be able to service our customers and streamline the business. There are a variety of activities this role can take on as they become knowledgeable so the experience is endless and the pay reflects the additional knowledge.
The most successful CSRs are self-motivated, energetic, problem solvers and enjoy helping people. No two days are alike. As a CSR, you promote the highest level of friendly customer service and satisfaction and effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
We are a paperless company and most all of our operations data is communicated live between our office computers and tablets in the field.
