Job Title: MicroStrategy Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented MicroStrategy Administrator to manage and optimize enterprise BI platforms across on-premise and AWS cloud environments. This role focuses on ensuring platform stability, security, scalability, and seamless reporting integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain MicroStrategy (MSTR) environments on Linux and AWS.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Manage AWS services including EKS, QuickSight (reporting), and automation.
• Support cross-platform reporting integrations with tools like Power BI.
• Implement security controls such as LDAP/Active Directory, roles, and access governance.
• Automate administrative tasks using shell scripting, Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and system documentation.

• 5+ years of MicroStrategy Administration experience (MUST HAVE)
• AWS experience (3+ years) - EKS, QuickSight, and automation
• CMC (Customer Management Cloud) experience
• MCP experience preferred (CMC not required if MCP is present)
• Strong experience with Linux environments and SQL/PLSQL
• Familiarity with MicroStrategy tools (Developer, Object Manager, Command Manager, Workstation)

• Power BI experience
• MicroStrategy or AWS certifications
