ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Hybrid, on-site every Thursday
START DATE: April 2026

We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to support initiatives within the Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Internal Controls programs. This role contributes to strengthening a culture of continuous improvement by assisting with program coordination, documentation, and data-driven performance monitoring. The position focuses on supporting process improvement efforts, tracking key metrics, assisting with event analysis activities, and maintaining program documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in coordinating program activities related to Operational Excellence initiatives, including training support, event analysis activities, and metrics management.
  • Provide administrative support for tools used to track event analysis findings and associated action items, including system testing and updates.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for internal programs, procedures, and processes.
  • Support department initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Contribute to communication plans, reporting metrics, and status updates for ongoing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, analyze data, and support process improvement efforts.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to complete assignments that support operational improvement and internal control initiatives.
  • Perform analysis by identifying problems, collecting relevant data, evaluating possible solutions, and developing informed recommendations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials to communicate insights to team members, management, and stakeholders.
  • Assist with coordinating projects and documenting procedures that support organizational efficiency and compliance objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality deliverables.
  • Experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
  • Three or more years of experience within the electric utility industry or related operational environments.
  • Experience supporting human performance improvement programs, event analysis activities, or internal control initiatives.
  • Experience supporting stakeholder committees or governance groups.
  • Experience working with operational, market, planning, or technology functions within a large organization.
  • Knowledge of internal systems, operational processes, and regulatory frameworks related to energy markets.
  • Familiarity with event analysis methodologies and processes.
  • Experience developing or documenting internal controls.
