A property management firm in New York City is seeking a new Workday Prism Consultant to support a data consolidation initiative focused on global payroll and benefits data.

*** This is a Remote opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work CST hours. ***

Responsibilities:

• Use Workday Prism to consolidate payroll, compensation, and benefits data from multiple global sources
• Aggregate and standardize data from spreadsheets, files, and various systems into a centralized analytics layer
• Build data pipelines and transformations within Prism to support reporting and analytics
• Prepare and structure total compensation data (salary, allowances, benefits, etc.)
• Support integration of aggregated data with a third-party platform used for compensation insights
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability for analytics and compliance reporting

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Prism
• Experience consolidating data from multiple sources (files, spreadsheets, external systems)
• Familiarity with Workday HCM ecosystem
• Experience working with compensation and payroll-related datasets
• Ability to quickly ramp up and work independently in an established Workday environment
