Job description below:

Overview: This position is responsible for the development of application software to meet product deliverables. Software development experience using standard Microsoft stack technologies and BizTalk Development is required.

1. Update existing ELR solution to handle new COVID 19 data processing requirements
2. Install BizTalk server 2020 for HL7 ELR processing
3. Upgrade existing ELR solution from BizTalk server 2010 to BizTalk server 2020.
4. Update BizTalk 2010 deprecated/obsolete adapters to the latest BizTalk 2020 adapters
5. Update the BizTalk applications to use the latest HL7 accelerators for ELR processing.

Responsibilities include designing and developing application solutions, primarily using Microsoft technologies, including BizTalk. Additional responsibilities include unit testing and validation, problem assessment and resolution, process and software enhancements, and documentation to support ongoing maintenance and adherence to all company standards and governance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience developing full-stack web, desktop, and server applications using Microsoft .Net and SQL Server
• Experience practicing SOLID object-oriented design principles, implementing service-oriented application development techniques, and applying common design patterns and architectures (e.g., repository, factory, onion, Microservices, event-driven, etc.)
• Experience working on complex systems integration projects that use a variety of standard Microsoft stack technologies (WCF, WebAPI, SSIS, BizTalk, MSMQ, SFTP, etc.)
• Understanding of data normalization/de-normalization is preferred
• Experience operating in both fast-paced, mission-critical production environments and greenfield project initiatives preferred
• Strong HL7 knowledge and experience required
