Job Description:

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:

• Four-year college degree.
• Working in healthcare with retirees and retiree populations
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and Commercial and Medicare Advantage health plans

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite Office: Excel, Word, MS Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
• Knowledge of health insurance commercial products, PPO, and HMO plans
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage plans, programs, and policies
• Prior experience working with local or state government programs related to healthcare and retirement

• Working knowledge to advance knowledge of AI programs, tools, applications, and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Efficient, dependable worker

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Degrees in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Policy, Business, Education, and/or Business Administration are preferred.
