Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in the Recruitment module to join our remote team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday HCM with a focus on recruiting processes and configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Workday Recruitment module implementation and optimization efforts.
• Configure and maintain job requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview workflows, and offer processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of system changes.
• Deliver end-user training and documentation on recruiting features and enhancements.
• Analyze existing recruitment workflows and suggest improvements using Workday best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations during implementation.

• Overall IT Experience: 10+ Years
• 5-8+ years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Workday Recruitment/Workday Recruiting.
• Experience with Workday HCM Core modules is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to lead functional workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Workday certification (Recruiting) is a plus.
