Position: IT Field Operations - End User Technician
Location: Kansas City, Missouri (Fully Onsite)
Duration: 3-8 Month Contract-to-Hire

Clearance Requirement: Public Trust (must be eligible and willing to obtain)

Interview Process

• One-round interview process
• No live technical assessment required

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience.
• Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree + 7 years of experience.
  • Associate's degree + 9 years of experience.
  • High School +13 years of experience.
  • Candidates without a degree must meet equivalent additional experience requirements

• Extensive Windows 11 experience (highly preferred)
• Strong end-user / desktop support experience (hands-on troubleshooting required)
• Experience with both hardware and software troubleshooting
• LAN troubleshooting and network performance monitoring experience
• Working knowledge of Windows Server administration (including Active Directory)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Video Teleconferencing (VTC) troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Network administration experience (nice to have)
• Network software testing experience (nice to have)
• Windows certification (highly preferred)

• Provide onsite desktop and end-user technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and VTC-related issues.
• Support Windows 11 environments
• Diagnose LAN connectivity and performance issues
• Assist with Active Directory and basic server administration tasks
• Deliver professional, high-quality in-person customer service
