Job Details

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of tolling systems, electronic toll collection (ETC), and back-office operations.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (preferably Azure) and data migration projects.
• Proficiency in requirements analysis, RTM, RDD, and Agile user stories. Ability to perform root cause analysis and write clear CRs and RCA documentation.
• Familiarity with interfaces, API integrations, and backend data flows.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Prior experience in transportation/tolling domain or large-scale modernization programs is a plus.

• Knowledge of client's Vector platform or similar tolling back-office systems.
• Exposure to financial compliance standards (GaaP) and citation/violations processing.
• Understanding of Azure cloud architecture and Oracle Database@Azure environment.
