Business Systems Analyst - GW Systems (xEngage):

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Guidewire systems (xEngage, ClaimCenter).
• Design, configure, and customize Guidewire applications to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and assist in testing and validation of solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for Guidewire systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing system enhancements.
• Lead or participate in project meetings, offering insights into the feasibility and timelines of proposed changes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and workflows.
