Job Title

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree in related field or equivalent and two years related experience. Must possess sufficient educational background and/or experience to qualify to start in applications analysis or programming.

Job Summary:

Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for modifying application programs from detailed specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years' proven working experience in project management

1-2 years' experience in process improvement

1-2 years' experience in project planning

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.

Proven ability to solve problems creatively

Knowledge of telecom basics and terminology is a plus

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Job Duties:

Determine and define project scope and objectives

Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

Prepare quotes based on scope of work and resource requirements

Complete Work orders for proper billing of services

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

Monitor progress and adjust as needed

Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Report and escalate to management as needed

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

Use and continually develop leadership skills

On-Call after hours rotation coverage

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Work Schedule:

Remote work, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and as needed.

Salary Range:

Actual salary commensurate with experience.
