Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.)
• Expertise in Snowflake (data warehousing, query optimization, performance tuning)
• Solid understanding of Data Analytics concepts and data workflows
• Proven experience in L2/L3 production support in a 24/7 environment
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes
• Knowledge of SQL and troubleshooting data-related issues
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
