We are seeking a dynamic, detail oriented Retail/Café Manager to lead daily operations with a strong focus on sales, team development, inventory management, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for maintaining operational accuracy, supporting business performance, and leading the retail & café team in alignment with company standards and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Performance

? Support P&L awareness and overall store performance

? Report inventory, waste, and meal tracking to leadership

? Assist with data entry and operational reporting

? Monitor key performance metrics and drive results

Team Leadership & Development

? Train, coach, and manage retail/café staff

? Lead by example in customer service, professionalism, and execution

? Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing employee development

? Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment

Customer Experience

? Ensure a standard of excellence in customer service at all times

? Address and resolve customer concerns promptly

? Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space

Inventory & Operations

? Oversee daily inventory management and month-end counts

? Maintain accurate inventory records and system entry

? Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution

? Track and report employee meals and product waste

Qualifications

? 2+ years of experience in retail management - food strongly considered

? Strong leadership and team development skills

? Experience with inventory management and reporting systems

? Proficiency in data entry and basic financial reporting (P&L understanding preferred)

? Excellent organizational and communication skills

? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
