As an Inventory Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting facility projects and daily operations by making sure the right materials and supplies are always on hand. If you enjoy staying organized, working independently, and being a vital part of a hardworking team, this position is an excellent fit. You'll work closely with the Facilities Director and facility team to keep projects moving efficiently and safely.What You'll Do

In this hands-on, fast-paced role, you will:

• Travel to vendors and supply stores to pick up essential materials
• Track and monitor material status for multiple projects
• Coordinate incoming freight and small deliveries
• Maintain accurate records and manage purchase orders
• Help monitor budgets and ensure purchases stay on track
• Build strong relationships with vendors and source new inventory solutions
• Analyze and replenish inventory levels
• Support planning for projects and process improvements
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and materials are ready for upcoming work
• Communicate progress and needs with team members and leadership
• Receive shipments and operate a forklift to store inventory
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with Leads and co-workers to meet facility needs
• Assist with R&D projects and perform other duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Candidates must be 21 years of age or older and have:Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in maintenance, construction, or general labor preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, sit, stand for long periods, reach, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb, talk, hear, and occasionally crawl
• Clear vision at 20+ feet and ability to differentiate colors

Skills & Abilities

• Adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Internet; BiotrackTHC experience a plus)
• Dependable, efficient, and able to follow instructions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong math skills and solid judgment
• Ability to identify problems early and offer solutions
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
