Position Summary:

The Business Development Representative will lead and execute all sales and marketing activities within the Pacific Northwest region to drive revenue growth and market share for Quick Dry Restoration. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including sales plans, and marketing campaigns
  • Establish and maintain referral partner relationships, including plumbing companies, insurance agents, and property management companies.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and referral partner relationships.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure seamless project handoff and exceptional customer service
  • Bring frontline insights to leadership on local trends, customer needs, and competitive gaps
  • Oversee other marketing activities as required, including digital marketing.
  • Analyze market trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Travel Required

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in restoration or construction
  • Strong ability to maintain relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Valid driver's license; ability to travel

Working Conditions / Environment:

This position operates in an office and field environment. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
