The Senior Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure our sales teams are well-equipped to meet market demands. Accountabilities
- Develop go-to-market strategies to increase revenue across key categories.
- Lead commercialization of new products, ensuring effective messaging and execution.
- Create a comprehensive sales training ecosystem aligned with field competencies.
- Design and oversee specialty selling certifications in various dental sectors.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for training and adoption.
- Monitor KPIs and drive improvements based on performance insights.
- Experience in sales strategy, commercial marketing, or sales enablement roles.
- Dental and healthcare industry experience is preferred.
- Proven track record in developing and delivering sales training programs.
- Ability to simplify complex information into actionable tools for sales.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills using performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI and sales enablement tools.
