JOB DESCRIPTION:
What is the opportunity?
The Technical Product Manager within the RBC Clear team will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions to deliver a best-in-class digital cash management experience for clients.

What will you do?

  • Partners closely with Product Managers and Developers to understand, define and document business needs and design appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, data models and functional designs.
  • Support project management activities, including planning, risk assessment, and performance tracking.
  • Perform data analysis to support decision making and strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitates meetings, workshops, and presentations to align teams and drive capabilities forward.
What do you need to succeed?
  • Demonstrated experience working as a technical business analyst on a banking platform and delivering seamless digital experiences.
  • Strong background in technical business analysis.
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders
  • A "can do" attitude working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changes in priorities and business needs
  • Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
  • Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
  • Strong understanding of Corporate Banking and/or Transaction Banking
  • Experience with Digital banking or Transaction Banking
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum & Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Proficiency with ISO 20022, programing languages like Java, JavaScript, SQL, Host to host connectivity protocols, security, encryption, data transformation tools and technologies, and API best practices
  • Understanding, depicting, and articulating the business process flows
  • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g. Visio, Ludic chart)
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technologies .
