This position is ideal for a proactive accountant who enjoys building processes, partnering cross-functionally, and taking ownership beyond transactional work. You'll lead day-to-day AP/AR execution while expanding your involvement in reconciliations, journal entries, inventory coordination, and month-end close activities. As the company prepares to bring manufacturing operations online by the end of this year, this role is designed to grow into broader operational and cost accounting responsibilities. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to evolve from a strong Staff Accountant into a more operationally focused accounting leader.

• Apply customer payments and reconcile AR balances to the general ledger
• Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Support month-end close through journal entries and variance follow-ups
• Partner with operations on inventory receiving, issuance tracking, and documentation accuracy
• Assist in maintaining clean, audit-ready financial records and internal controls
• Help refine accounting workflows and improve process efficiency as the company scales

• Associate or bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting in manufacturing or a project-based environment experience required
