Red Games Co. is looking for a seasoned leader in data analytics with a passion for mobile games to work alongside our product and marketing teams. This person will have the unique opportunity to impact our titles through data driven insights and see their ideas come to life. The role needs someone who can interact with all areas of data analytics by gathering raw data, processing that data into manageable tables, finding hidden trends through modeling and creating dashboards, and ultimately articulating those findings clearly to all parts of the team.
We are not looking for someone to grow into the role, we are looking for someone who has already led subscription analytics initiatives and can immediately elevate our approach. This individual will own the full analytical lifecycle: sourcing and structuring raw data, building advanced models, uncovering actionable behavioral insights, and clearly communicating strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership.
