Cornerstone Building Brands - 2727 East Trent Avenue - Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems for optimal performance; Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical systems up to 480v, including motors, wiring, and control circuits; Execute the branch PM program for all production and warehouse equipment to minimize unplanned downtime; Utilize CMMS to document work orders, track asset history, and manage parts inventory; Design, build, and install machine enhancements and facility improvements as needed
