Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, administrative areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points, observe public areas, and assist with directing individuals in accordance with location rules, service expectations, and/or posted guidelines; Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations, and by providing visible presence during high-traffic periods, special events, and service disruptions
