We're hiring a Local Childcare Consultant (LCC) with Cultural Care Au Pair (part-time).

Looking for someone based in Washington state in these areas:

?? Bainbridge Island

?? Bellevue

?? Eastbound areas

?? Seattle

?? Shelton

This is a flexible, people-focused role where you support host families and au pairs in your local area. You'd be the main point of contact for them throughout the program and help make sure everything runs smoothly.

What the role looks like:

• Regular check-ins with families and au pairs
• Helping new host families get started
• Being available for questions and support
• Occasionally organizing meetups or keeping a sense of community

It's pretty independent and works well as a side role alongside another job, school, or staying home with kids.
