We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to build and oversee the company's administrative and compliance foundation.

What You'll Own

• Employment documentation and HR administrative processes
• Compliance filings (including SAM.gov and related registrations)
• IT and software vendor coordination
• Vendor contracts and renewals
• Office and warehouse administrative logistics
• Documentation systems and internal standards
• Administrative follow-through and compliance tracking

• Builds clarity and consistency across documentation and vendor management
• Reduces administrative interruption to leadership
