Job Overview:
A leading healthcare organization is seeking Respiratory Care Practitioners to join its Respiratory Therapy team in a full-time, variable shift capacity. This role supports a core department responsible for delivering comprehensive respiratory care services across a diverse patient population.
In this position, you will work collaboratively with physicians and nursing staff to assess, plan, and implement respiratory care treatments. The role requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to operate advanced respiratory equipment while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform respiratory therapy procedures, including oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and airway care
  • Assist physicians in respiratory treatment planning and execution
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy and adjust care plans accordingly
  • Operate and maintain ventilators, monitoring systems, and resuscitation equipment
  • Conduct diagnostic testing and patient assessments
  • Participate in department and unit-specific orientation and training programs
  • Support interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications:
  • Education meeting certification, licensure, or registration requirements
  • Active Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License (required upon hire)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required upon hire)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
  • Experience in acute care or hospital-based respiratory therapy
  • Familiarity with advanced respiratory support technologies
