As a Specialist, you are responsible for the end-to-end execution of our manufacturing processes from equipment setup, compounding to filling, and final sanitation. This role requires high attention to detail, a commitment to cleanroom protocols, and the ability to maintain accurate digital and physical records. As our production capabilities scale, responsibilities will evolve to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Pre-Production & Line Readiness

  • Execute comprehensive pre-production start-up checks and document all parameters with precision to ensure line readiness.

  • Prepare and sanitize compounding equipment and dedicated workspaces according to stringent safety and ISO 22716 (CGMP) standards.

  • Perform the technical setup, adjustment, and changeover of filling machinery to meet specific batch requirements.

Precision Compounding & Manufacturing

  • Take ownership of the compounding process, blending raw materials according to precise work orders to ensure formulation integrity.

  • Operate filling equipment efficiently; monitor performance and make calibrated adjustments to ensure consistent fill weights, hermetic sealing, and accurate label application.

  • Apply inner seals, liners, caps, and pumps with high attention to detail, ensuring all components are seated correctly and meet aesthetic standards.

Rigorous Post-Production & Contamination Control

  • Execute the teardown, deep cleaning, and maintenance of production equipment and vessels after each run to prevent cross-contamination.

  • Maintain an impeccable production environment, ensuring all zones consistently meet or exceed cleanliness and safety regulations.

  • Strictly adhere to clean room practices, including the disciplined use of cleanroom garments (including full-face hood) and personal protective equipment (PPE) to safeguard product purity.

Inventory Integrity & Documentation Excellence

  • Precisely track raw materials and bulk inventory utilizing an ERP system, ensuring real-time data accuracy.

  • Maintain accuracy in inventory counts and production logs, adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Continuous Improvement Involvement

  • Author and refine SOPs (standard operating procedures) to standardize production workflows and ensure departmental scalability.

  • Demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic, high-growth environment, adapting to evolving regulatory requirements and production scaling.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of direct experience in a regulated manufacturing industry (Cosmetics, Food, or Pharmaceuticals) preferred.

  • High comfort level with computer systems and digital inventory management.

  • Ability to lift at least 35 lbs overhead and manage the physical requirements of a standing production environment.

  • A deep commitment to hygiene, safety, and the "right first time" approach to manufacturing.
