Currently staffing variable shifts between 7:15 am - 5:45 pm, 7 days/week.Examples Of Job FunctionsThe following responsibilities and requirements are functions the individual who holds or desires the position must be able to perform unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation. Performs daily operation at the Waste to Energy Scale House that may include but are not limited to:Assist permanent employeesUse a computer program to weigh in private and commercial customers dumping various types of materialCollect various types of paymentsBalance cash drawerAnswer questions for the public and other City employees in person and on the phoneMinimum QualificationsMust have cash handling/cashiering experienceMust have basic computer skillsMust have above average communication and customer service skillsDepartment requirements:Must be dependableMust be able to work well with othersMust be willing to work weekendsMust have reliable mode of transportation to get to work and perform job dutiesWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity within our organization.
